The work your house actually needs.

Every service below is work we do ourselves or manage as one project. You do not have to hire a framer, then a siding crew, then someone else for the deck. Tell us the goal. We will map the right services and give you a free estimate.

If you are not sure which line item fits — “we just need more space” or “the basement is wasted” — call (201) 682-5090. That conversation is part of the job..

Residential Framing

This is the skeleton of the house. Additions, renovations, and new construction all depend on walls, floors, and roofs that are plumb, square, and built to code. We treat framing as the part you never want to cheap out on, because everything you see later hangs on it. If you are opening a wall, adding a second story, or starting from the ground, we should be in that conversation early.

Home Additions

An addition should feel like it was always part of the house. We plan how new rooms meet old ones: foundation, framing, roofline, windows, and finish. Whether you need a bedroom, a larger kitchen, or living space for family, we walk the property with you and design a build that fits the lot and the way you live.

Home Renovation

Renovating a home you already occupy takes patience and a sequence. We help you decide what stays, what goes, and how to keep the house usable while the work happens. From layout changes to a full refresh, the goal is a finished space you are proud to walk into — not a project that drags on with no one owning the calendar.

Decks

A deck is outdoor living, not a weekend hobby. We build and rebuild decks with proper footings, framing, and railings so the structure is safe and the surface is ready for real use. If your current deck is bouncing, rotting, or too small for the family, we will look at repair versus replacement and give you a clear recommendation.

Siding

Siding is protection first and appearance second. We install siding so water is directed out and the house looks finished from the street. If you are pairing siding with new windows or a deck, we can schedule the exterior as one project so the house is opened once, not three times.

Windows and Doors

New windows and doors change how the house feels in winter and how it looks from the curb. We help you choose products that fit the home and install them so they operate cleanly and seal correctly. Bring us the drafty rooms and the door that no longer latches. That is everyday work for us.

Basement Remodeling

A basement can be a bedroom, office, playroom, or family room — if moisture, headroom, and code are handled first. We do not skip those steps to get to the paint color. If you have been using the basement as storage because you do not trust it, we will tell you what it takes to make it living space.

New Construction

When the project is a new home or a major structural build, we can take it from framing forward as part of a complete job. You get the same standard we use on additions: structure first, finish that matches the plan, and one team accountable for the result.
